An implimentation study on the Rudd Government’s National Broadband Network was released this week which suggests that not only is the project financially viable, but will be affordable for consumers.
The study also makes over 80 recommendations for the Government’s rollout of the Network that promises Internet speeds of 100Mbps to over 90percent of premesis in Australia.
