Fujitsu introduces Lifebook PC

Thin, light and fast with plenty of battery life is what’s hot right now in portable computers and you’ll find plenty of them right now in the ‘ultrabook’ category.  However it’s worth noting the Ultrabook label can only be applied to computers that meet hardware and performance criteria set by Intel so you may also find worthy alternatives outside of this catagory.

Fujitsu’s new 13.3 SH771 Lifebook is a good example.  It’s size and weight at just over 1.2 kilos makes it portable and it carries up to 14 hours of battery life, however it’s processor is just a little more powerful that what you’ll find in the average ultrabook.  The fingerprint security sensor and ability to use the USB port to charge other devices even without turning the computer on are also noteworthy feature of the Lifebook.

Wtih a price tag starting at around $2100 you’ll find more infomation on Fujitsui’s SH771 Lifebook on the Fujitsu website.
