One of the best online productivity tools that I use is Google Documents. The ability to have create documents, spreadsheets, presentations that can be accessed from any internet computer has changed the way many people work, but what about those times when you’re offline?

Using a free program called Sync Docs, you can sync the contents of your google documents online acccount to your computer, giving you access to those files locally when you’re not connected to the web.

Any changes to make to files in the google documents folder on your computer will then be reflected in Google Documents online and vice verca.
