Intel company Mobileye is one of the companies leading innovation in the area of advanced driver assistance systems, with a goal of simply saving lives through smarter vehicles.
They recently demonstrated how an autonomous vehicle packed with camera-only technology could successfully navigate a complex driving environment with heavy, unpredictable traffic and pedestrians.
The video of the demonstration is a great example of how far the technology has come…and at quite a low cost, with around 1000 dollars of additional hardware.
