While tablet and 2-in-1 devices continue to gain popularity, earlier this month the humble Laptop Computer turned 35.
Imagine the clunkiest, heaviest laptop you’ve ever owned. It will still look light and ultra portable compared to the original laptop…the Osborne 1, released in April 1981.
The screen size was just 5inches (and NOT colour), used floppy disks that could store a meger 90kilobytes of data (not even enough for a single small photo), weighed 11 kilos and cost around 6 thousand dollars in today’s money.
