Parrot-MiniDrone-is-a-smaller-and-less-capable-version-of-the-AR-drone-but-can-be-flown-by-all-ages-and-is-well-suited-to-indoor-flightIf you’re looking to enter the world of remote control flying drones then you’ve probably already checked a few out at the local toy, electronics or hobby shop…but where do you start?

Basically you really do get what you pay for.  I’ve yet to find any drone under $100 that doesn’t break easily, is easy to fly and has decent battery life.

For a beginner or younger flyer take a look at a mini-drone from Parrot.  For around 150 dollars they will build your confidence with a good autopilot system…which means less crashes.
