Australians are hoarding their old gadgets either because they’ll be needed on day or because they simply have no idea how to dispose of them.
New research from Tech Collect has revealed that 46.1 percent of us simply don’t know where to start when it comes to recycling electronic waste, while 80.7 percent place more importance on recycling cardboard or glass…the easy stuff.
Then there’s the almost 25 percent of people who are convinced there’s a use for their pile of old gadgets….so the pile simply grows (possibly until it’s then just dumped somewhere it shouldn’t be)
