Using a keyboard on a tablet device isn’t nearly the same experience as using a traditional computer keyboard. Sure tablet devices are more about touching, swiping and other quick gestures, but every now and then you might like to use it to actually type something lengthy which can end up being quite slow.

The solution is to get a keyboard, one with keys you can actually feel can can connect to your device. These generally connect via bluetooth and vary in design and price…starting from around 40 dollars.

If you’re planning on doing quite a bit of typing, look for a keyboard that allows you to dock your tablet so it almost looks like a small notebook computer. You’ll find these are easily found for all types of tablet devices.
