Korea’s growing population of Internet and video game addicts is about to get some much needed help from its government.
The 2 million Koreans affected by online and games addictions will soon have access to free software to limit the amount of time spent online.
Not unlike Parental control software they will use the software to set out days and time that they will have access to the Internet, locking themselves out at other times.
The South Korean government is also launching an educational campaign…plus counselling services for heavily affected users.
