Australians are well regarded as early adopters of new technology with almost half of the adult population owning a smartphone, but despite this the CSIRO reports that there are many Australians who aren’t even online.

The Broadband Impacts report reveals that one in 5, or four million Australians don’t use the internet at all…but who are they?
