Australia is one of the sunniest continents in the world and yet, many of us sit in the dark to enjoy our TVs
A recent survey from Samsung Australia found that 49 percent close their curtains during the day and 41 percent always turn off all the lights…just to avoid on-screen glare.
For some, the distracting on-screen glare is so bad that they won’t invite guests over to watch TV!
The solution is found in Samsung’s lineup of select OLED and Neo QLED TVs with Glare-Free screens, which include an anti-reflective coating that diffuses light to reduce on screen glare even in well-lit rooms, without sacrificing brightness or colour.
In Samsung’s survey almost a quarter of respondents said they’d get a bigger TV if glare from Windows wasn’t an issue. (they’d probably invite their friends around too).
