As users browse the web, it’s commonplace for websites to collect data about what they are doing online.  For example some data collection allows sites to track and follow you online to deliver targeted advertising.

Internet users can now take back control of online privacy thanks to the new “Do not track” feature introduced for AVG’s 2012 security products.

Using the new feature users can now choose to allow or block such any type of online tracking, putting privacy control back in the hands of the users.

The Service Pack for AVG 2012 is available free from www.avg.com.au for the following products:

  • AVG Internet Security 2012 Ultimate protection for everything you do online.

  • AVG Anti-Virus 2012 Exceptional protection that won’t get in your way.
