EG96_PANTHER_4K_02Earlier today LG Electronics announced that they would be placing the very first 4K (Ultra HD) OLED TVs on store shelves in Australia this week.

So what does all this mean?  You could be forgiven for thinking this is just another TV to add to the many others on the market, but once you get the details…and take a look, you’ll soon work how just how much the combination of 4K and OLED technology makes a difference.

I spoke with LG Home Electronics’ marketing manager, Grant Vandenberg earlier today about the new TVs and where they sit compared to those that use other technologies such as LCD.  Listen below.

The two new 4K OLED TVs are available in 55 and 65 inch screen sizes starting at $5,999.  Get more info at LGE.com.au.
